Thursday 9th Food Diary.
Breakfast: Egg, Mushroom, Tomato and Ham.
Lunch: Mixed Grill, Egg, Salad and Peas
Dinner: Salmon, Sweet Potato & Spinach.
Yesterday I did a spin class at the gym.
