So simple & so tasty!
- 4 Salmon Fillets
- Soya sauce
- 3 Garlic Cloves - diced/minced
- Chilli Flakes
- Salt & Pepper
- Lime (1/3 juice)
- Honey - just a little
- Baby Jersey Potatoes
- Asparagus
- Courgette
- Pomodorino Tomatoes
RECIPE:
- Put Soya Sauce, Garlic, Chilli, Lime, Honey & Salt/Pepper in a bowl and leave Salmon in the mix to marinate for as long as you can (I did 5 hours)
- Pre heat baking tray with Oil of choice (Coconut/Olive)
- Season with Salt, Pepper, Chilli Flakes & Garlic
- Place all ingredients onto the tray
- Bake for 20 minutes
- Stir/Shake & bake for a further 5 minutes
- Whilst boiling some Broccoli
- Serve and Enjoy
