Veggy Egg

My breakfast yesterday was so good!

I love eggs!

And I love veg!


Cook some chopped tomato, mushroom, peppers and spinach in a little coconut oil

Season with some salt and pepper

Crack to eggs onto the mix and fry like regular eggs

Serve and enjoy :)
