I could go on.
This dish was all that I had the effort to make on Wednesday night when I got home from work early ill.
Whilst I cooked some sausages in the oven I also roasted in an oven dish;
•Butternut squash
•Leeks
•Sprouts
•Bacon
•Mushrooms
•Fresh chilli
•Drizzled with Olive oil
•Seasoned with black pepper and chilli powder
•Cooked for 30 minutes
I had 2 helpings of this :)
