FOOD DIARY:
Monday 28th October, 2014
•Breakfast consisted of a black coffee, 2 boiled eggs and a portion of pineapple.
•Lunch was a fish cake and olive salad, with a portion of grapes for desert.
•On my journey home I had a portion of mixed nuts and seeds.
Dinner was, yep you guessed it, eggs and salmon!! 🙈
I do realise that my posts are getting repetitive, but I am enjoying my meals so much. They are quick to prepare, paleo friendly, filling and nutritious. What's not to love?! :)
I had smoked salmon with poached eggs and a big salad. Eggs topped with lots of pepper of course.
I would call that a clean and nutritious day! Any comment or criticism?
I hope you are all having a clean and healthy Monday. I didn't make it to the gym, but I have been 100% clean.

Hi it all looks lovely. i can't get enough salmon and eggs either! Not a criticism but just wondering, was the fishcake homemade? if not, what make was it as i didn't know you could get clean ready made ones? x
