Cod and salmon dinner

I absolutely love fish! I could never go without it. Especially if on holiday by the sea- mmmmm fresh fish!! :)

The boyfriend was round at mine last night and we are both being clean and healthy so we had fish (him salmon and me cod) with lots of veg and salad.

I chopped up some fresh chilli and garlic and sprinkled it onto the fillets with a dusting of chilli powder. Wrapped up the fillets into parcels with baking paper. Then popped hen into the oven on 180 for 25 minutes.

I served mine with mixed leaves, peppers, olives, jalapeƱos and broccoli, sugar snap peas, celery, green beans and fresh peas.
